In 2018 the RISD Museum embarked on a complete redesign of it's website with the ambitious goal of making the entire collection of over 100,000 objects accessible online. Working with Oomph, Inc. we created detailed wireframes that addressed previous UX issues and mapped all new site architecture. In the end, a minimal design aesthetic allowed the art to be the focus of every page, while important information was clear, organized and accessible.

As the site has continued to evolve, key pages such as 'Watch / Listen / Read' have been added allowing the museum's digital content to shine with more colorful, dynamic page designs and content filtering.

A graduate of the Massachusetts College of Art & Design, I have been working as a graphic designer and art director for over 18 years. For the past 12 years I have been an in-house designer at the RISD Museum in Providence, RI—working on a vast array of projects from exhibitions and publications, to marketing, web design, wayfinding and video.

My work has been recognized by the Type Director’s Club, Print Magazine, the Society for Experiential Graphic Design, the Webby Awards, and the Association of Art Museum Curators.
